Accommodation Policy
Arrival & Departure
Check-in is possible from 12:00 until 14:30.
Check-out can take place until 11:30.
Check-in requires an ID or passport. The key is only provided by the property manager at Panorama Studios.
Hours of quiet
The hours of common rest are from 14:30 to 17:00 and from 23:30 to 09:00. Please respect these hours and the other residents.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms!
Pets
All pets are prohibited inside the rooms of Panorama Studios.
Responsibilities
Panorama Studio takes no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to the car or customer’s personal belongings.
Cleaning
Sheets are changed every 3 days. The room is also cleaned every 3 days.
Reservation Policy
Advanced Payment
To confirm a reservation a bank deposit is needed with the 30% of the total accommodation cost.
Panorama Studios accepts Visa, Mastercard and reserves the right to pre-book the total credit amount prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
The customer has not the right to cancel the reservation. Refunds are only possible if the room is rented by another customer on the same dates.
Extra Beds
Extra beds can be added to any room. The cost per bed is 8 € per day.
